HS210 Install

HS210 Install
Attempted to install HS210; Current wiring is black wire to black screw, white wire and red wire to brass screws. Connected black wire to black screw on HS210, white wire and red wire to traveller and neutral HS210 to to neutral wires in box. LIght works but light is still on very faintly when turn off.
What could be the issue? This is the existing wiring.
