More than likely you won't be able to. They are likely bricked which can happen any time power is lost during a firmware update. You would need to check with your local region if you products are covered under warranty, though normally power related issues are not because that is not a manufacture defect. From here you can view the region's warranty policy and how to contact the regional support team.
