I have the same issue.  1GB up/down plan from Ziply fiber.  Ziply's router was giving me over 900mbs, sometimes over 1GB.  Replaces with brand new AX11000 with QoS set to 1,000 and my speed dropped to 700/750 on average.  Ridiculous for a router at this price.  I might need to return, but I really like the interface and parental controls.  Will be looking for a replacement if I can't find a solution.,

Hello @Freerider

Is this 700/750 on average the download or upload speed? Can you please reset the router to factory defaults and don't modify the QoS settings, just set up the internet to confirm if the speed will be normal.

Sorry but DUPLEX and BAUD RATE (MPS) are two totally different things. My AX11000 only has Full Duplex for the 3 speeds supported as it should because I don't want to ever use half duplex. You should set it to fixed 2500 mps unless you actually have 2500 mps service and the ISP is configured for that.
