UPDATE: Although I had updated the router's firmware, I should have thought of updating my laptop's wireless adapter's firmware. Once I updated the Intel AC-3160 wireless adapter's firmware to the latest drivers, my AX 21's SSID showed up. 802.11ax was not supported by the firmware version I had been running.

 

My Windows 10 laptop doesn’t see Archer AX21’s SSID, whereas iPhone 12 sees it and connects to if flawlessly.

 

I've updated to the latest firmware.
