I replaced an ASUS Router with this TP-Link device, and PPTP connections were working before with the ASUS - so I expected it to just work.

The client making the connection can PPTP connect to the original ASUS device and can connect with other Routers that I have - so i am not sure what the issue is here.

I have searched for help guides and ran out of ideas - hoping someone else might provide a suggestion on what to do here.

@kvenner - I was attempting to connect via an iPhone connectoin and it would not work.

I returned to a normal WiFi connection away from this locatoin and it just worked.

not sure why it would not connect on a cellular base 4G connection - but i wanted to point out that it works on a normal WiFI connection

I am updating the title based on what I just learned.
