Just updated my x20 system to the latest firmware where there is new support for static routing, but I've got no config options in the Deco app.

In the Deco app for my x20 system, I see the new option for static routes under Advanced settings, but when I go into the option there is nothing to configure. It's just (almost) a blank page that says at the bottom: "Note: To configure this feature, connect your device the the Deco WiFi network first, and ten reopen the app."

Well, my device is on the Deco WiFi network and I've restarted the app a million times, but still no config options.

 

I've searched and searched, but there is absolutely zero documentation from TP-Link or forum posts about this anywhere, so I'm just trying to figure out what I'm missing in order to use this feature.

  @Gonz0,

Hmm, there should be options to add a static route. I  believe that this feature may require each node on the network to be compatible. Have all of your Deco's updated to the most recent version, or do you have any non-X20 nodes on your network?

 

Also, are you able to try and configure the network from another device? It may be that a setting for the device itself is preventing your Deco app from properly communicating with your network.

 

I would also recommend checking to ensure that all of your Nodes are being seen as connected by the Deco App, if not, try rebooting your Deco network.

You may also check to may try seeing if you can access your Deco network from the app if you have your cellular connection disabled, as this will prevent the networks from automatically switching.
