Hardware Version: V6

Firmware Version: 6.20

I am trying to update my device password. I logged on to the app to see if I can change my wifi password from there and I'm being asked to login again. However I do not have access to that information. Someone came to install/set it up the router and they're hard to get ahold of. Any suggestions?

To reset an unknown password on a router, you need to reset the router to factory settings which means you will need to reenter all of you settings.
