3 HS100 not working with KASA or ALEXA since today

My house is dark. I tried everything customer support told me to do, but the devices dont work. Only the kasa app if Im in the local wifi. I cant set it to elsewhere, because of connection fails and server timeouts. They need to work remotely in order for alexa to support them. Are your servers down or have your accounts been compromised?
