ADSL modem TD-W8951ND V5.1 is Bricked after firmware update

Region : EgyptModel : TD-W8951NDHardware version : V5.1After I've updated the firmeware the router rebooted, and since then it's in constant rebooting.I've manged to ping 192.168.1.1 but for 2 seconds because the reboot process. I tried " telnet 192.168.1.1 " many times, Sometimes works and i get a login shell for 2 seconds then the connection is lost.Luckily I made a firmware backup file and the name of it is " Rom-0 "I've Tftpd on my windows 7, but i don't know how to use it.Please help, thanks
