My HS100 refuses to connect to remote control. The message says that the plug is connected to another account. It happened when I changed ISP's. Resetting does not work. TP Link sent me a link to disconnect the plug, but it didn't work. I'm still waiting for tech support to disconnect my plug. It has been over a week and still no solution from TP Link.
