I want to open Port 5223, but have the Firewall set to HIGH. In other words, have a high security with this one port additionally opened due to needing it for IM for work. Port forwarding does not seem to work. The IM system works fine with Firewall set to LOW, but setting to MEDIUM or HIGH will block. Hence the need to open the port. Support has sent me 2 different documents, but neither solves the problem. Is this just not possible?

what is this port for? when you select high, you will see allowed port list, which means lan devices can access the allowed ports and maybe your IM required more outgoing ports to work but they are not in the list. But firewall set to low is ok as it doesn't open port automatically, i think.
