Archer AX55 has slow wireless speeds (but good lan speeds)
I recently purchased an Archer AX55. I have a gigabit Tiscali WAN connection, which when wired in I get full speeds on multiple speedtests. When connecting to wifi from any device in my house I consistantly get between 250-300mbps. I've tried changing channels / channel width and disabling QOS. Does anyone have any tips for what else to try, or is this a dud?
With my old AC1200 Router on WiFi with the same Smartphone i had 600-700Mbps.

This is what I get on my iPhone:
Can you verify that you are on the 5Ghz SSID? I tested with 2.4Ghz and got close to what you are seeing?

Do you have Smart Connect enabled? That is both bands use the same SSID or individual SSID's for each band?
If Smart Connect is enabled you have no real control where the device will connect to. Even if it can use the 5Ghz band it still can connect to the 2.4Ghz band depending on what the router senses from the device or if it is doing 'load leveling', that is keeping the band population even.

@IrvSp smart connect is Disabled! I discovered the problem. The speed test app for some reason measured wrongly the speed. I tryed Ubiquity WiFi man app and it does show 700mbps download speed.
