I cannot log in my account due to it sending a verification code to a old cell phone number. Please advise.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Try to receive the verification code through the TP-Link app:
• Make sure you have enabled notifications for the TP-Link app to receive codes promptly.
• Tap on "Resend Code" to request a new code.

2. Request the code via your email address:
• If you cannot receive the code on your app or old phone number, you can request to have the code sent to your email instead. On the verification screen, tap "Didn't receive a code?" and then "Send Code" to receive the code via email.

3. If you are not receiving the code in your email inbox:
• Confirm you are checking the correct email account. In the app, tap "Me" at the bottom, then "View account" to verify your email.
• Check your Spam or Junk folder for the code email.
• Add TP-Link's email address (no-reply@email.tp-link.com) to your Safe Senders list. For instructions, visit https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1127/.
