I have a Verizon 5G Ultimate home internet system. I purchased the Deco BE 5000 3 pack mesh system due to significant buffering issues.  I worked through the installation of the mesh system to the point of connecting one of the mesh components to my internet.  However, when the Deco app informed me to plug in the other two units all three of them progressed to the point of a sold green light meaning a firmware upgrade is taking place.  I have been waiting several hours and all three units are still solid green.  Does anyone have ideas how to get past this stage in the implementation?

The units that are showing green can you see them in the app? If they are showing in the app go to http://tplinkdeco.net/ and log in with your password. Next click on Advanced > System > Firmware Upgrade > Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Check for Upgrades 

 

If that doesn't work let me know
