Does TP-Link Repair Products?
I have a 4 node Deco Mesh router system (BE95 and 3 BE16000s). I recently bought a preowned Deco BE95 and upgraded the firmware to the latest veriosn. Nothing I try gets this unit to function. Does TP-Link offer paid repar services?

Regarding the non-functioning Deco BE95:
Since the unit stopped working after a firmware upgrade, it's possible the device may have become bricked during the process. A common sign of this is a solid yellow light after powering on. If that's what you're seeing, firmware recovery may be able to restore the unit.
There are two methods to perform firmware recovery:
1. The HTTP uboot method (the more common approach)
2. The TFTP method
You'll need to prepare the latest official firmware and follow the steps in the recovery guides below:
• https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/kb/detail/490/
Additionally, if you haven't already, you can try the following firmware upgrade troubleshooting steps:
• Reboot the Deco unit and attempt the upgrade again via the Deco app (More > System > Update Deco).
• Alternatively, download the latest firmware from https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/ and attempt a manual upgrade via http://tplinkdeco.net.
• Make sure the firmware file matches your specific hardware version of the BE95.
Try the instructions above first, if the deco still won't work I will get a member of the staff involved.
Thanks.

@HelpFixDecoApp I should've made it more clear. When I bought the unit i didn't realize it was already bricked. It didn't become bricked after the upgrade. I successfully performed the described procedure. But the result was the same. It never enters the configuration mode. It glows solid green no matter how many times I've tried to reset it. Therefore, my network never detects its presence for me to add it.

Hi,
As you can see in the Warranty & RMA Policy section on our official website, second-hand products are not covered under the warranty service.
If you have tried pressing the reset button on the Deco for 1s to perform a factory reset and have tried the recovery method here, but the Deco BE95 is still in the same status, it's recommended to contact your retailer to see if they can provide further assistance.

@Solla-topee Warranty service was not the question. I knew it wouldn't be covered under warranty. The question was does TP-Link have a product repair service where customers can pay for repairs? For a $50 produce it probably doesn't make sense. But for $600 it makes perfect sense if a repair can be made for $150 instead of buying another $600 product. I have a non functioning BE95. I'd gladly pay $200, maybe slightly more if I could get it fixed.
