Smart tv keeps getting disconnected from network.   TV manufacturer and internet provider claim there must be a problem with  the tp-link

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. What are the hardware and firmware versions of your Deco X55?
  2. Are other devices working properly with the Deco? 
  3. Please describe your network diagram in detail.
  4. List the troubleshooting you did.
