There is a new Deco app(v3.10.485) available. Please uninstall your Deco app, go to the App Store to download and install the latest version, and then check if it helps.

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. Can you try to install the Deco app on a different iPad or tablet, then check if the same phenomenon occurs?
  2. Was the iPad in landscape mode(or the Deco app in landscape mode) when the reported case happened?
  3. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon for further analysis. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
