I bought these extenders and they don't work. Company can't help me when call say I have to pay for a plan almost 400 dollars . I'm so upset about this . Just spent money for another with someone else. I'm letting all my followers know about this company here.

The number you called was a fraudulent company pretending to be TP-Link. See the following link for more information: Notice of Fraudulent and non-TP-Link Affiliated Websites.

 

If you can give us a little more information, we can try to get your Deco up and running for you. Please provide the following:

 

  • Your Deco model number and how many Decos you have
  • Your Deco firmware version
  • Your Deco hardware version
  • An explanation of the problem(s) you are having
