Google Fibre coming. Will this be a simple cat 6 cable connection from Deco Ethernet port to a Ethernet wall Google jack?

 

mo modem. No other device in between?

In common Google Fiber setups, the connection path is:
 

Google Fiber Jack (wall-mounted ONT) → Ethernet cable → Deco BE63 WAN port, with no modem required in between.

  @cdlvj130 That is exactly how I have mine setup with GFiber. Straight from Deco WAN to fiber jack. I think I bought a cat 8 cable but only have 1g/1g service so anything from cat 6 on up should be fine. No need to use the GFiber provided router but I configured mine once right at the start using the same SSID and password so I have a fast failover solution if my DECO ever dies.
