Welcome to the community! If the extender is connected to your router and indicates a strong signal from the router to the extender, but you're unable to access the Internet through it, I'd first recommend trying the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article: TP-Link Range Extender Not Connecting to Router | TP-Link
