Newbie, just opened a BE63 (B10000) 2 pack system. First step in on-line setup guides asks for "Hardware Version" number and offers 3 choices: 1.60, 2.60, 3.60. Guide says to find this number on the lable or engraved somewhere on the case. Not True! No such number anywhere on this 8" cylinder device. Do I care? Does it matter?
Apparently TP=Link/Deco offers no on-line or email support, not even a dumb AI robot? So here I am, where is the Hardware Version number if I really need it?

Welcome to the community.
Your hardware version is usally on the bottom of the deco as shown in the image below. If it's not there please reply back to this post and I will walk you through another way to find it. Thanks
Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode?
