DECO App can't connect to working X60 Whole Home Mesh Network
I've had my Deco X60 whole home mesh network working for years.
At some point, my DECO App (Apple iPhone iOS27) stopped being able to connect to the network or devices and INSISTS on setting up a NEW network.
Because of this, I can't read the firmware versions, or basically do anything.
Is there anyhting I can do besides factory resetting the X60's and starting from scratch?

Hi,
It looks like you logged in to the Deco App with a TP-Link account that isn't bound to the Deco X60, so you can't manage the Deco network in the Deco App.
If you have other TP-Link accounts, try logging out of the Deco App and logging in again with another account.
Best Regards

OKay....
The orignal email address is no longer active, so I had to create a new account.
THE PROBLEM IS, that unlike most online user accounts, with TP-Link you apparently cannot modify your email address for your account.
Is there a way to reassign the DECO units to a new accout of in fact update the original account's email adress?

Okay, I found the solution.
I managed to find my old Login information, (thank God i'm a digital pack rat!)
I logged out ot the App,
I logged in with the old credentials
I selected a device in the network
From the Menu (3 dots),i selected Changed Newtork Owner
Done. Easy Peasy
