@hoppy We were informed the fix which should of been for the store have been implemented since Tuesday, and if issues were still happening relinking would resolve that.

Alexa still does not work.Google works with the devices just fine though.

Also , the last Kasa update I have from the store was 2/28/19.

@hoppy We can still continue to look into it.

 

At the same time what probably be worth doing is getting a hold of Amazon to see if they might be able to help. When Google was not working some users received assistance from their tech support since the issue was on their end.

I had the same problem. I had to unplug my smart plugs then plug them back in, that worked. That was only after I tried disabling and enabling the skill in Alexa.

@hoppy dear people. I gave 11 hsa power switches, ervery time my router craches.

my provider tells me, TP Link send so much pachedges vack to my has100, so the internet provides see this as a DDos hack and blocked my internet.

I just wrnt another provider, and have the same problem.

What kan i do.

@Tony hi. I'm having this issue. Alexa can see all my plugs in the app and I can use the onscreen buttons to turn them on and off but there is no voice control..

 

I've done all the uninstall actions reinstalled all plugs and unplugged all echos and its still doesn't work.
