I have two miniplugs. Want to add 2 more but cannot get them recognized. What do I need to do

Hold the power button until the new smart plugs are reset. when the light is blinking amber and blue the plug is ready to be setup. In the Kasa app click on add, choose the smart plug mini and follow the setup instructions.
