Name of Network for Ethernet Connection
I just installed this as a replacement router. As soon as it connected, I updated the SSID and password so it was the same as the old router. This worked fine for the wireless connection, but the ethernet connection (which connected right away, before I updated the password) was set to "Network 3" and I cannot figure out how to change it so it matches the wireless connection SSID. (The two were always the same with the previous router.) I tried unplugging the cable from the computer, but when I reconnected, it remained Network 3. I couldn't figure out any way to handle this in Windows (10) either. It's not a major issue, but I would like to fix it. Thanks for any advice.

Trying to understand your issue. A few things:
When replacing a router and you use the same SSID and password, it is not uncommon to have to delete (forget) the network on the device and then re-establish it.
When having connection issues one of the first steps to resolve is to power cycle the equipment. I like to power down the Ethernet attached devices, the router, and the modem, Then power up the modem first, wait for it to initialize, then the router, wait for it to stabilize, then power up the Ethernet connected devices.
I also like to power cycle the router after making any changes to the router settings as some changes to not take effect until you do.

I don't understand 'what' you problem is? Is anything 'broken'?

The Name on the connection has nothing to do with what the connection is? It only is a way of identifying it within Windows?

For instance, in Powershell I run this command,

============
I can use 3 Adapters to connect to my LAN. It have an Ethernet Adapter (Ehternet 2 which I am using), and 2 wireless adapters (WiFi and WiFi 2). The 'name' is meaningless. Well, not really, they have to be unique, I can't make a 3 possible adapters that I can use be the same, these are 'registry' entry names.
I don't think it is 'broken', or I don't understand what you are asking help for?
Adapter 'names' have no relation to SSID's at all.

@IrvSp @ArcherC8 Thanks so much for your responses. No, nothing is broken -- everything is working fine -- it's just that I'm accustomed to seeing the same network name for my ethernet connections and my wireless connections. And unlike with a wireless connection, there doesn't seem to be any way to "forget" the ethernet and reconnect. (As I said, disconnecting the cable and reconnecting it had no effect.) I guess I don't understand why both connections had the same name with the previous router, but for some reason different with this one. Could it have something to do with the way I set it up by not requiring a login/password to access the network via the ethernet?
I have an Amazon Fire TV Cube that's also connected via the ethernet; I haven't checked to see which network name is showing up there yet. This is what it looks like on the computer.

Some devices have extra security that uses more than the SSID/password to try to ensure that the device does not connect to a wrong router.
The Eithernet name in your PC does not have any connection with the WIFI SSID name. Sounds like you have a network adapter named 'Network 3'.

Windows names them sequentially as new ones are needed. That goes by IP Address for Ethernet, SSID by Wireless.
Look, here is what MY PC has for Network Connections as it is capable of connecting via Ethernet which it is, and 2 Wifi Network Adapters:
From that Screen you can RENAME any of them.
Just click on Rename.
However, this is JUST a Cosmetic name change... what you have now or change the name will not change operation.
The only thing that all devices need to be the same is basically the 'Workgroup' or 'Domain' name'. Local names for the connection is not broadcast I beleive.
Also, check this link out, https://www.ghacks.net/2018/10/24/how-to-change-network-names-on-windows-10/, more than one way to change it.
