K230 Kit 3 Way Dimmer - Installed all wires correctly on main and satellite switches, however getting steady orange light on main switch. Does not blink orange/green to connect with wireless internet in house. Checked continuity of each wire. All good. How can I upgrade firmware if I can't connect to switch? How can I resolve steady orange light. Connected exactly as outlined in Kasa App for 3 Way Dimmer Switch.

I have similar issue after install the KS230 kit where the Orange Light keep blinking from main switcher. I already swap wires TR1 with TR2 terminals from satellite and it did not work. I tried different combinations and the main switcher don't even turn on.
My light not don't turn OFF! I need help on this!
I already did installation of multiple Kasa switchers and 3 ways without issues, however first time for Kasa 3 Way Dimmer(KS230), not sure if it works proper.

If main KS230 has no Led at all, that could be the improper wiring on the main switch or a dead switch.
Can you help provide the photos of wiring and send to us through email as suggested in #2 of this thread, the wiring of KS230kit & how old -3 way switch are installed are very important to identify if dimmer switch is wired correctly, thank you.

The main switch blinks with orange ligh. I attached the photos
It does not turn off the lights and not connect with app.
Can you please advise if I need revert something? Is it maybe some issue with Neutral that is plugged with other ones?
