ES20M has power but does not operate the lights
The ES20M switch on the left has power (as I can see it on the app), but it is not turning the lights on. Yes, I have tried replacing the light bulbs.
It must be a wiring issue, correct? Can anyone see the problem in the picture?
Thank you for looking.

Hello @Solla-topee, you were right and I accidently found the problem.
Apparently there was another switch that controlled the lights at a different spot in the garrage.
Once I flipped that switch it started working.
Thanks,
Jason

Hello @jtkrause11
If the light can't manually turn off/on by pressing a switch, that's usually a wiring problem.
- Can I have a photo showing the wiring of the old switches before you installed the ES20M?
- Please check if the neutral wires are properly connected when compare the wiring on old switches.
May I know is it a 2 way environment, 1 switch control 1 light or 2 switches control the same light?
It is not very common to use a smart dimmer switch with a smart 2-way switch,do you have a place where you could install ES20M only and test if it could control the light properly?
