Are you recording to the SD Card or the cloud?

Does this happen with any clip that you try to view or only a specific clip?

If this only happens with a specific clip, is it possible that the camera lost power during this period?

First, make sure that you are on the same Wi-Fi as the camera and that your VPNs are disabled when you are trying to download the video.

Second, Depending on the size of the SD Card, your camera may have run out of space and started to overwrite older recordings.

If this is not the case, I would recommend removing the SD Card from the camera and viewing the video on your PC.
