“Obstruction” notification in error
For a few weeks now, almost every day around the same time (7:50pm) I get two "someone obstructed the camera" notifications. No one is there. No persons detected.

Hi,
How many Tapo cameras do you have? Do you get two "someone obstructed the camera" notifications for the same camera at the same time?
When you receive the notifications, are there any changes on the camera's live view page? Such as some areas become black.

I have multiple, two outside. Two inside. This is the only camera that does this and it's been doing it for a few weeks now. Two notifications, same camera, maybe a couple minutes apart. Always around the same time of day. I have an SD card, so I can review the footage, and nothing is there.

Hi,
The "someone obstructed the camera" notification may have been triggered by significant changes in the camera's field of view—for instance, if a portion of the image suddenly went black. Would you please send us the footage saved on the SD card from around the time you received the notification for further analysis?
