I have done the wiring as described in manual. From the dumb switch which has Line wire , connected the Main switch and Connected Line to Line. Then the 2 travellers and the Ground and Neutral. At satellite, connected Load to Load, 2 travellers and ground. It connects to wifi, both switches ring light up, being discovered in Kasa and Alexa, all shows fine. but the lights does not turn up.

Thank you for contacting us about the issue with your KS230 V2 smart dimmer kit. Please follow these troubleshooting steps in order: How to Install My Kasa Smart 3-Way Dimmer Switches (KS230 KIT V2)
1. Check Wiring Connections (Safety First: Please turn off power at the circuit breaker before inspecting.)  Ensure the Load wire (the wire going to your light fixture) is securely connected to the correct terminal on the switch. 
2. Ensure the total wattage of all connected bulbs falls within the switch’s operating range. 


3. Test the Switch in a Different Circuit (Recommended Troubleshooting Step)
If possible, temporarily install the switch in a different, standard lighting circuit that you know is working properly. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the original circuit/wiring or with the switch itself.
