I was sent from the contact advised by "bluechip" a new version the 1.7.4.626 and works perfectly. Thank you bluechip.- This is the mail..

If the new app can't solve your problem, please reply this email, I will ask senior engineer to test this problem.

With the previous version, from Kasa everything was OK. However from my Ipad with IOS9 it works fine. I have not changed anything I think the problem with version 1.7.3.625 is TP link
