The ring tone is so quiet it's very difficult to hear. I have had people walk away thinking we weren't home because we couldn't hear the doorbell ring. How do I fix this?

Are you saying the ringing on the doorbell itself, or its paired chime/hub? You can adjust the ringing volume on these two devices following the steps below.

For the Doorbell's Built-in Chime Volume:
1. Tap your doorbell device card on the Tapo App Home page, then tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to enter Device Settings.
2. Go to Doorbell > Doorbell Ring to adjust the volume of the built-in chime.

For a Paired Tapo Chime/Hub:
1. In Device Settings, go to Doorbell > Paired Chimes.
2. Select your Chime/Hub, and you can adjust the Ringtone, Volume, and Duration from there.
