Subject: Please add a snooze function to alerts 
Detail Description of the Problem: 
Many apps with frequent notifications feature a ‘snooze’ function - an option to stop notifications for 1,2, 3… 24 hours. I have cameras in public areas. When someone is home, I have the option of disabling the camera, turning on quiet time, or ignoring notifications popping up on my phone (or turning off notifications for the app). All of these are terrible options as I will forget to turn them back on - or wise decide I don’t want them on. 

See the Ring app for a decent example. When I get a motion detection for my front door I have an option to “snooze motion” for 30 minutes, or 2, 4, or 8 hours. 

The Tapo app behavior is bad enough that I’m considering moving to Ring.
