I installed a ST2000NX0253 Seagate Enterprise 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gbps 128MB Cache hard drive. Ran the format. The hub is only reporting 12.5 gb of space. I tried a older 240 gb drive and formated it. The hub shows it as 233 gb available. Is this a compatibility issue?

Are you sure that 12.5GB of available storage refers to the hard drive? That number actually sounds more like the hub’s built-in storage.

It’s possible the hub isn’t detecting your hard drive at all. In that case, you can check suggestions here: How to troubleshoot if Tapo H500 fails to recognize hard drive or overheats
