New App? Lost cameras?
What happened during the last app upgrade? I lost half of my cameras and I cannot find them anymore, and I cannot get them

Could you clarify what exactly is happening? Are you saying that many cameras are completely disappearing from the app, or are they just showing as offline?
Please check the actual status of the cameras, what does their LED indicator show? Also, when your phone is connected to the local network (the same WiFi as the cameras, with mobile data and VPN turned off), can you see the cameras as online? Do they show up normally if you login Tapo app on another phone or tablet?
What's the version of your Tapo App? Please also share the model and operation system version of your phone.
