Just got the RV50 Omni. Took advantage of the preorder. I like it for the most part but it is failing in a place my $150 Wyze vac did just fine.  We have a high rug in the living room and 2 gel Mats in the kitchen. The gel mats actually have a beveled edge.  The wise goes over them, which is good since it gets the dog hair off them. The RV50 goes around them! 
 

in the living room, I had to make a ramp in the entrance to the room for the RV50 to get up on the rug.  Again, the 5 year old Wyze vac pushed up and vacuumed. My thought was the ramp let it map the room, which it did, and then since it now knew that was a place to vacuum it would.  Nope! Skipped that entire space. Since it can't get around it it, the whole room was left not vacuumed.. 

just curious others thoughts or experiences before I potentially return this unit..
