I thought the camera was working great till I got an alert that Amazon had arrived. I checked the camera and there was nothing there in the camera said it was off-line so I get

Hi,

Oh no, that’s frustrating — thinking everything’s fine and then missing an Amazon delivery! 


Could you let me know what camera model you’re using? Also, what color is the LED light on the camera right now? That’ll help me figure out what’s going on.
