When are the two spotlights on the C402 supposed to turn on automatically? I've tested detection by walking by the camera, and while it detects me at night, the lights don't come on. They work when I turn them on via the app.

Hi,

  Go to Camera Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings, then select Color Mode to enable the spotlight. In Color Mode (for battery-powered cameras), the spotlight will activate when the camera is awakened by motion or app operation.
