Got it up and running on initial pairing, connected to dual-band wifi (2.4 & 5 ghz), and showed up in the app. It performed a firmware update as part of the installation, and after the firmware update, it wouldn't show up in the app. I removed the device, reset it, and tried to reconnect. I have tried it with two phones (Apple and Android) and the results are the same.

It finds the device on bluetooth, connects to the wifi, but fails to pair. To test, I also tried disabling 5 ghz wifi and got the same results. It connects to wifi initially, then when it gets to the pairing step in the setup, it just times out. I have also tried keeping and removing the saved wifi information from the previous attempt.
