Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.7.7 build 20260917 rel. 79232

My H200 (hardware V1.6) was updated to firmware version 1.7.7 this morning and it has broken my hub's ability to read the SD card. I've tried reinserting the card a few times and rebooting the hub but it hasn't fixed the issue. My D230 doorbell also will go online for a while before it disconnects.

I cannot find a way to revert back to the last version which worked for me (1.6.5) and would appreciate some guidance on this.

Tapo device doesn't support firmware downgrades. About your case, I would say the problem might be more about the SD card. You may try to change a new microSD card, and verify the status of the current SD card. How to Fix Tapo or Kasa Camera and Doorbell SD Card Not Formatting or Being Recognized

I reached out to support and worked with them to get things working again. Although the SD card worked fine when I plugged it into a PC, the new firmware seemed to not like it. I put in a new SD card and the hub recognized and initialize it.

However, even though the hub was working with the new card, my D230 doorbell wouldn't connect to the hub. Support suggested pressing the reset button for 10 seconds but it refused to pair with the hub again. Ultimately, I had to power cycle the hub and I could finally pair the doorbell again.

I still think this version of the firmware has issues since I had to jump through some hoops to get everything working again. However, now that everything is up and running again, it has been stable for the last 24 hours.
