This is not a software problem. My unit has started emitting a extremely loud squeal, which is obviously a mechanical problem somewhere in the roller mechanism. I have taken out the roller, cleared any obstruction, even the spinning horizontal brush, I took that off and made sure there was not hair wrapped around it. Without cracking open the case and digging inside, I've done everything I can. The unit will go along like normal and then for a couple of seconds will start screeching like the bearings have gone bad. About every five minutes it will throw an error saying that the roller is stuck, but when I check the roller, there's nothing wrong with it, I reinstall and start it up again and it'
