HS200 Flashes Orange & Green but does not appear under Wifi

Hi, I installed the light switch and it turns the light on and off. The unit is flashing orange and green but does nit show up under my iphone's wifi so I can connect to the unit. I've tried res-start

KL125 bulbs constantly drop network connection

Drops network cxn every few minutes. Worthless bulbs that are being returned. My govee lights don't have this issue so Id suggest to anyone having such problems to return the Kasa bulbs and buy Govee.
