TL-R600VPN slow https

Model: TL-R600VPN

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 4.0.4 Build 20200313 Rel.41831

The admin interface is very slow when using https. Https connection can take 45 second to a minute to load pages, where the http interface is pretty instance as you would expect. Anyone else experienced this?
