Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hi I have this problem since some weeks now.

The device it's booting again and again, you can see the TP-Link logo on for some 15 secs and then of for some 5 secs, and then again and again....

Tried all possible pushbuttons combinations

Tried a reset

Replaced battery.

Still in the same condition.

 

Any idea how to fix this?

Hallo unfortunately the unit does boot just for a while (I can see it only few secs on the device manager screen), probably not enough to try to transfer anything via USB.

Hi, I've replied your private message as well, please make sure you've followed the correct steps and if firmware recovery doesn't work, I am afarid you will need to check warranty to get it replaced or purchase a new one if it is out of warranty.
