Hi all,

I just purchased the Bluetooth USB500 adapter

Plugged it and let Windows 11 auto install it

It's ON in the settings, but can't find any other bluetooth device, and when trying to remove previously paired devices it fails "cannot remove"

I installed the driver downloaded from TP link's center, nothing's fixed (I restarted numerous times in bewteen)

I checked the events, I have an error "device ... had a problem starting"

And a warning "device was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match"

I uninstalled the TP link driver, the error went away but the warning remained..

How can I resolve this?

@jumbo11 I managed to get it working... I uninstalled all bluetooth devices in Device Manager, restarted then got my devices into pair mode and they got detected...

What's weird is the warning and error are still there.. but it's working!
