Hi

First excuse my english..

I cannot send call with the phone connected to the router, but receiving call is ok.

The same sim inserted in a mobile works prefect, but I don't have the 4G, only H+.

Do you think H+ is enough to make a call from the 4G router ? 

Is anybody there who can help me please ?

I can access the internet, but I only have 2 bars out of 3.

when the sim card is in the phone, I have H+ but never 4G. The Free operator tells me that you can of course make calls even on 3G and H+.
