Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.5.6 Build 20221229 Rel. 72252

I have a 2 x deco M4R(EU) Ver:2.0 and 1 x M4(EU) Ver:4.0, the Ver 4.0 does not pick up clients even if it has a strong signal and the phone is next to it. I rebooted the deco a couple of times but no client connection.

Hi, Did it help if you switch the V4 as the main Deco?

How to Set up the Satellite Deco or a new Deco to be the Main Deco

Roaming requires cooperation on both sides. If the Deco suggests the client move to another nearby Mesh unit but it refused, it would stay on the previous unit.
