  @Ballerina

Hi, if you reset the M7350 by holding reset hole for about 10s, is there any response?

Please also try removing the battery and then insert it again to see if it can be turned on properly.

By the way, how long have you been using this device? and is there anything special happened before the issue started?

Hi, I am afraid you will need to contact the retailer or local support team to check warranty and get it replaced.

What about if it's out of warranty? No possibility to fix this?

  @SKID_72

What is the hardware version of your M7350? for some older versions like V3 and V4, we could try firmware recovery, but for current V8, we don't have firmware recovery tool now.

Hello, I'm in the same situation, modem just switches on and TP-LINK logo appears, but nothing changes. It's a V3 (EU). Is it possible to get the firmware recovery tool for it? (just sent a private message on this). Thanks!

  @Sunshine

M7350 v7 stuck in bootloop

Model: M7350

Hardware Version: V7

Firmware Version:

Tp Link text appears on the screen, but after it comes on it starts again. This way it goes on forever.

Can I boot the device in fast boot mode? In some threads, they are talking about recovery firmware/tool.

Can you share it with me?

If you're experiencing issues with a specific device, like the M7350, and have followed the manufacturer's instructions for troubleshooting, it might be a good idea to consult the device's manual or contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance tailored to the device and issue you're facing.
