After logging on to my 300Mbps Wi-Fi Range Extender the other SSID ID's internet connection stops from the TP-Link VX220-G2v v2 router to the internet. I can log on to the other SSID's of the router but no internet connection.

It seems your case is very similar to the issue reported here:

Wi-Fi Range Extender Causing Host Router No Internet

It is suggested to install the beta firmware here to see whether it helped or not.
