I have 2 LAN-networks, one is 5 GHz + 2.4 GHz (A), the other is 2.4 GHz (B) only.

I connect my iPhone to B, and the camera also to B. Camera works fine.

But when I connect my iPhone to A, iCSee says immediately the camera is offline.

Same thing when I connect the iPhone trough the internet (4G or 5G).

I removed and reinstalled the app, same thing.

I tried with an other account, same thing.

Hi, welcome to the community.

As for these two LAN networks, is network A the main WiFi network with 2.4+5GHz enabled, while network B is the Guest network?

May I know the model number of your Wi-Fi camera?

When Deco APP reported the camera was offline, was the camera working well actually?

By the way, may I know your Deco App version?

-You can find it on "三"> App settings>About.
